The care professionals from the Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland offer home care and support, enabling clients to stay in their own home for much longer. They provide assistance with dressing, bathing ad taking prescribed medications, and perform specialist nurse activities. Home health care may be temporary, such as after an operation or a cerebrovascular accident, or in case of a chronic condition like dementia. Our aim is to create structure for the patient and their family by visiting a few times a day.
